You may contact us for all billing and payment inquiries, or just to cancel your subscription.

In Vendo Customer Portal you can manage your purchases processed by Vendo.

You can view your billing history, cancel a subscription, update payment details, reactivate or repurchase, recover your subscription password.

At Vendo we are committed to resolve all payment related issues in a professional manner.

However, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or unreasonable behavior towards our Customer Service Team members like:

- Aggressive, abusive and threatening behavior; direct or implied threats; intimidating language; sexist, racist, homophobic, or derogatory remarks; rudeness or swearing.

- Repeating and persisting complaints despite reasonable and fair solutions being offered in accordance with our terms and conditions; including creating an excessive number of tickets or Live Chat requests.

- Seeking an unrealistic outcome beyond the scope of our own policies and procedures.

Vendo reserves the right to act on any unacceptable behavior mentioned above.

Vendo treats their customers in a respectful manner and we expect the same.

Subscription Questions

Please login to the Vendo Customer Portal to review this information and manage your account.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Vendo Customer Portal or by requesting a cancellation by email using this request.

You will keep access to the products bought until the end of the paid period.

Once you have cancelled successfully, you will receive a cancellation email.

If you should experience any problems to perform a cancellation, please contact our support team.

Please contact customer support and provide the following information:

first 6 and last 4 card digits, email address used to purchase, and if available reference number or other confirmation of cancelation.

Our team will be happy to review your case.

This feature is available for some products.

Please check in the Vendo Customer Portal.

Possible reasons could be:

you mistyped the email address;

the confirmation email is in your spam folder;

your payment has failed hence you do not have a subscription.

Please get in touch with customer support of the site where you purchased your subscription to inform about this access problem.

Contact Vendo CS if you need further assistance.

Your access right is processed immediately.

Simply go to the site and login with your username and password.

If you purchased a full membership-upgrade, please logout and login again. The activation of your upgrade might take up to 15 minutes.

To recover your username and password, please go to the Vendo Customer Portal.

There are several ways how you can recover your password:

1 - Check your purchase confirmation email.

2 - Login to Vendo Customer Portal where you can recover the subscription password.

In order to login to the Customer Portal you need to create a Vendo password first.

You will find the link on the page.

3 - Contact support and we will email your password.

After your purchase you received a confirmation mail from us, if it is not in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.

If you can’t find it, please contact us and we will get in touch with you shortly.

Most trials have only limited access because they allow a preview of the content.

For more detailed information on this matter, please get in touch with the webmaster of the site.

In order to gain full access to the site's content you will need to purchase a full subscription or upgrade your trial.

Billing Questions

Usually subscriptions renew automatically, unless cancelled.

Check your confirmation email for the type of offer you have subscribed to.

We process payments for a wide range of apps and websites.

Charges from the Vendostore will appear as following on your bank statement:

Please verify if anyone in your household has access to your card and possibly used it.

In the unfortunate circumstance that your card number has been compromised, we'll be happy to help you resolve the charges.

We sell apps and access rights for many different companies.

When you see multiple purchases they are for different products bought at the same time.

Check your access rights, or contact us if you need additional assistance.

When you update your card information the system automatically triggers a pre-authorization charge in order to verify if the new payment details are valid and active.

The bank would charge you this amount and then return it usually within some (business) days.

Usually trial subscriptions convert to monthly subscriptions if not canceled within the specified trial period.

Check the confirmation email to review what offer package you have subscribed to.

The CVV2 code is a 3 digit number that is usually located on the backside of your credit card. More info...

Please don’t email your full credit card number to us. This is an unsecured process.

Keep that information safe.

We don’t need it to find your purchase.

We only need the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit card number.

You should only send credit card information through a secure online form. Please look for the secure lock at the bottom of your browser.

A cancelation of your subscription stops the renewal.

It does not mean that the money is returned.

Subscribers are liable for all charges incurred by them.

Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support.

Should a refund be issued, all refunds will be credited only to the payment method used in the original transaction.

Vendo will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment method.

A chargeback, also known as a reversal, happens when a customer claims fraud on a bank transaction and requests their bank dispute the transaction.

All chargebacks are monitored by card associations (VISA, MasterCard...) and other financial institutions, and abusive claims will affect your buyer reputation and your ability to purchase online.

Abusive requests might lead to the voiding of your credit card, preventing you from purchasing goods on the Internet.

Vendo will investigate and dispute all chargebacks.
